<link>http://www.blackseaproperty.biz/forum/index.php?a=vtopic&amp;t=5</link>
<description>sab: Hi my husband and I are intending to relocate to bulgaria this year we have a couple of queries that I hope can be clarified, firstly regarding reg/unreg land are we correct in thinking that this is a. reg free for us to use at our disposal and others surrounding our boundary? we may buy a plot with a beautiful view to find that someone builds and blocks our view in the future?B.unreg land cannot be built on but can you demolish and replace a building or buildings?others unable to build and block your view?
secondly we have just watched a programme presented by a place in the sun and apparently in rural areas there is a property tax exemption to encourage restoration works, is this restricted to certain areas? and finally on the same programme there is also business tax exemption to encourage foreign businesses to employ local people.</description>

<title>admin: New rules for companys in Bulgaria</title>
<link>http://www.blackseaproperty.biz/forum/index.php?a=vtopic&amp;t=27</link>
<description>admin: Hi all,

Those of you with companies in Bulgaria may have heard about the new law relating to the Commercial Register. Basically, instead of company information being exclusively held by the local District Court there is going to be a new national database of commercial entities. The President vetoed the law because he had reservations about certain aspects of it but Parliament has overturned his veto so it seems the new law will come into force on 1 September 2006.

There is an English translation of the draft law on the web (it may have changed since of course). It seems to me (but don&#039;t rely on me!) that under the transitional provisions existing companies will have two years from 1 Sept 2006 to apply to go on the new database. Failure to do so is an offence, but there doesn&#039;t seem to be any express provision that the company will cease to exist or lose its property. Members might like to consult their lawyers to confirm that they have to re-register and to find out whether there are advantages to doing it earlier than two years. If there is a real likelihood that there could be another company of the same name lurking in another court it might be better to apply earlier as the principle seems to be &quot;first come first served&quot; as far as entitlement to the name is concerned.

It would be handy to be able to check on-line whether your agent has in fact filed the company&#039;s accounts but I don&#039;t know whether the Register will be that sophisticated.

We will of course be dealing with our customers company re-registration on there behalf to save you any headaches, if you have any questions to ask please feel free

<title>admin: By Road</title>
<link>http://www.blackseaproperty.biz/forum/index.php?a=vtopic&amp;t=21</link>
<description>admin: Further to my last posting i have been on the web trawl again and have some further infomation about crossing into Bulgaria.

Your Boarder Tax will in general be about 20euro, although this is through Rousse and will be cheaper at smaller crossing points.

The other cost is the Vignette system this is like UK road tax it enables you to drive on the motorways in Bulgaria. This is obtainable from the Boarder Crossing Points (BPC) at the REA units just before the customs posts, the price is in Euros.

So what type of Vignette do you need for your Vehicle?

General cars-Caravans-MPV up to 8 + 1 seats designed for pasenger tranportation is class C3

Freight vehicles with 2 axels or any road vehicle with more than 8+1 seats designed for passenger transport is class C2

So what is the cost it?

Well it depends on how long you intend to be in Bulgaria as follows

Cat C3
Annual - 51 Euros
Monthly- 9 Euros
Weekly- 4 Euros

Cat C2
Annual - 253 Euros
Monthly- 45 Euros
Weekly- 18 Euros

A little involvedbut fore warned is fore armed

<title>admin: Parents Job Discription</title>
<link>http://www.blackseaproperty.biz/forum/index.php?a=vtopic&amp;t=22</link>
<description>admin: PARENT - Job Description

This is hysterical. If it had been presented this way, I don&#039;t believe any of us would have done it!!!!

POSITION :

Mom, Mommy, Mama, Ma, Dad, Daddy, Dada, Pa

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Long term, team players needed, for challenging permanent work in an, often chaotic environment. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be willing to work variable hours, which will include evenings and weekends and frequent 24 hour shifts on call. Some overnight travel required, including trips to primitive camping sites on rainy weekends and endless sports tournaments in far away cities! Travel expenses not reimbursed. Extensive courier duties also required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The rest of your life. Must be willing to be hated, at least temporarily, until someone needs $5. Must be willing to bite tongue repeatedly. Also, must possess the physical stamina of a pack mule and be able to go from zero to 60 mph in three seconds flat in case, this time, the screams from the backyard are not someone just crying wolf. Must be willing to face stimulating technical challenges, such as small gadget repair, mysteriously sluggish toilets and stuck zippers. Must screen phone calls, maintain calendars and coordinate production of multiple homework projects. Must have ability to plan and organize social gatherings for clients of all ages and mental outlooks. Must be willing to be indispensable one minute, an embarrassment the next. Must handle assembly and product safety testing of a half million cheap, plastic toys, and battery operated devices. Must always hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. Must assume final, complete accountability for the quality of the end product. Responsibilities also include floor maintenance and janitorial work throughout the facility.

POSSIBILITY FOR ADVANCEMENT &amp; PROMOTION:
None. Your job is to remain in the same position for years, without complaining, constantly retraining and updating your skills, so that those in your charge can ultimately surpass you

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
None required unfortunately.
On-the-job training offered on a continually exhausting basis.

WAGES AND COMPENSATION:
Get this! You pay them! Offering, frequent raises and bonuses. A balloon payment is due when they turn 18 because of the assumption that college will help them become financially independent. When you die, you give them whatever is left. The oddest thing about this reverse-salary scheme is that you actually enjoy it and wish you could only do more.

BENEFITS:
While no health or dental insurance, no pension, no tuition reimbursement, no paid holidays and no stock options are offered; this job supplies limitless opportunities for personal growth and free hugs and kisses for life if you play your cards right.

Forward this on to all the PARENTS you know, in appreciation for everything they do on a daily basis,

Letting them know they are appreciated for the fabulous job they do...
Or forward with love to anyone thinking of applying for the job.
